It has both very amiable and affable staff. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, relatively close to Emporium and Emquartier. A subway station is set walking distance to the hotel.

Fantastic, stunning location right near BTS station. Besides, easy to get to a short street, only 5 minutes walk.

All the staff was very friendly and supper friendly, resolved my issues. The location was absolutely perfect, a few steps away from a huge mall. A mall and a big shopping mall were right next door.

The hotel was wonderful small, truly enjoyed city view from our a double room. It was in the very central location to the train line from the airport. Spent a nice evening at Pala Pizza Romana, located just next door to the venue.

The service was good, no complaints whatsoever. Had very central location close to major shopping malls. Plus, it was very close to terminal 21 and the bts, Skytrain and the public transport. In the restaurant they served international cuisine dishes.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the center of Sukhumvit, just opposite the Terminal 21 mall, is very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the BTS Asoke station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with actual windows that offer natural light. Additionally, having breakfast included is a bonus.

The fluctuating water heater temperature could use improvement.

The staff was helpful and superfriendly, everything was great. The location was marvellous because it was adjacent to other transports and Bangkok. It also was to BKK airport. Food was nice and I have nothing but decent memories from this trip.

The hotel's prime location, within walking distance of the BTS and MRT stations, made it easy to explore the city. the nearby eateries and convenience stores provided convenience for dining and shopping needs.

The pool area could use some improvements, as there were not enough sunbeds or chairs for guests. It would also benefit from better towel availability in the afternoon/evening.

The hotel I stayed at during New Year's was excellent value for money, and its location was perfect. There were a lot of tourist attractions nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation. I also liked the fact that the rooms were clean and comfortable, and that the staff was helpful and friendly.

Even though my stay was enjoyable, there were a few things that could have been better. my room was small and had no real window, making it fairly dark.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect as it was just a stone's throw from Terminal 21 and the Asok BTS station, which made it so easy for us to move around the city. The reception staff was welcoming and always willing to assist. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that provided us with a good night's sleep. we loved the infinity pool on the rooftop with a view of the city skyline.

The pool area would have been better if there were shades available for when it got too hot.
